Welcome here @ Campanula.

Campanula is a latin word.

English - Bellflower. Portguese - Campánula. Dutch - Klokje. Danish - Klokkeblomst.

My paintings reflects my fantasy, is me playing with shapes and colors.

Often with thick layers of paint or modeling paste. I have a basic plan in my head which always changes along the way. Like building a house, first a solid foundation and then the painting wlil, thru twists & turns, somehow inspire me towards the end result.

The ''art'' is sometimes to know when to stop, decide this painting is finished.

Sometimes I can't decide what's next while painting, so I hang it on the wall in my studio until one day when I suddenly get inspired and know how I'll finish the painting. I have had unfinished paintings on the wall anything from a few days to 'two' years. 🤷🏼‍♂️🎨

NOTE - Photo's - Difficult to get the colors correct & naturally modeling paste structures doesn't show at all. It is what it is. Art must be seen LIVE.... Ask for an appointment, coffee is ready!
